My father has purchased land in 2001 from A.A has three sisters.
This 3 sister have filed for partition in 2014. Does Hindu succession act 2005 amended hit the claim of 3 sisters.Where it is said inthe act nothing shall invalidate disposition or aleination or testamatory disposition.

If it is ancestral property of the sisters then they are entittle for the share.

Sisters have share in the property of father, show all related documents to your lawyer.

If it was self acquired property of A then his sisters have no claim.
