We have 10 cents of land in city so we are 3 brothers so we got land from will of our grandmother so we need to divide but question is our property will start after 20 feet from main road but that 20 feet road should be deduct from my elder brother because he got front area so
Give me solution please

Does the will specify how the land is to be partitioned?

Amicable settlement among the brothers by give and take would fetch results. Take help of relatives and elders.

Legal steps would complicate the matter.

If the WILL specify who gets what,which portion, how much then that is to be complied.

Otherwise amicable settlement is best option.
