nhi, jab tak ki koi joint property na ho uske sath.

iske alawa wife apne husband se maintenance le sakti hai aur agar maintenance nhi deta hai to husband ki property ko kurk krakr maintenance wasool kiya ja sakta hai.

Wife has a right on marital assets, regardless of whose name is on the title, they belong to BOTH people equally. She is legally entitled to half the value of the property.
