Re: change of lawyer in ongoing trialsz

I have 1 civil & 1 criminal trial Ongoing in which I am the Plaintiff/Complainant. Due to a bad relationship I wish to change my lawyer & appoint a new one. Please advise procedure - do I need a NOC for both cases from old lawyer?

Yes you will have to take NOC from both the advocates.

You have option to change your lawyer. Engage another lawyer after taking NOC from present lawyer.
