delay ni act

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 June 2015 This query is : Resolved 
I filed a complaint of ni act 138 in delay. Delay was granted exparty by court. After that Court sumanse was send of ni act. The accused appeard before court and gave application that he was not heard for delay application and sumanse should be withdrawn . Now what should I do?

If application of delay, ur say is obtained it cannot be withdrawn.
