Hi All,
this is in regards to my divorce case that i have filed in bangalore on 2nd dec 2014, before that me n my wife had lots of misunderstanding, my wife stole all the household things and has absconded with the baby and her mother, now donno were they are, the notice was sent to the old address that they were staying, the police is also not able to trace them coz they have changed their mobile numbers as they are not in service. all polce complaints has been filed acordingly.
kindly advise wat to do now, my 1st hearing is on jan 16th 2015.

apply for substituted service if you are unable to serve summons on your wife. you can also seek visitation rights for the baby

Apply for paper publication. Visitation right for the child is liberally allowed by the spouse.
