Stamp duty for settlement of tamilnadu family property

Father passed away several years before. I and brother think of making a settlement deed to divide the property among ourselves with consent from mother. I am unable to find out how much amount is currently fixed for settlement deed towards stamp duty and registration fees in tamilnadu. Also is there any upper limit for stamp duty and registration fees? Thank you.

9 Partition

i) Partition among family members

1% on the market value of the property but not exceeding Rs.25000/- for each share

1% subject to a maximum of Rs.4000/- for each share.

ii) Partition among Non family members

4% on the market value of the property for separated shares

1% on the market value of the property for separated shares
