Father had ancesteal properties. He married three womens. First wife had two sons. After death of first wife he married second wife. After few yeaea later hedivorced second wife. Second wife married after divorce. Father maried third wife and third wife had one daughter. Now father died. First wife sons. Third wife and her daughter only enjiyed the properties. Sons are what shares entitled in the father properties?

First wife's two sons,third wife and her dauhter are entitled for equal shares.

where he claims that he is practising from 2001, while as already indicated by me, he was enrolled only in the year 2012!!! CAN ANYBODY PRACTICE BEFORE ENROLMENT? IF ONE DOES SUCH A PRACTICE IS HE NOT FIT TO BE CALLED A "FRAUD"?

The ancestral properties in the possession and subsequently intestate properties after the death of your father will devolve equally upon the children of his first wife(upon the children of his second wife, if she had any provided he was the biological father of those children) upon the surviving only legal wife and her children born to both. If the sons are denied their shares, they can very well file a partition suit against the people who deny them their rights over the property.
