Slp (no. 16345, year 2007).

With regard to landmark case on loan fore closure penalty, I am not able to figure out whether SC entertained corresponding SLP (no. 16345, year 2007) filed by State Bank of India against NCDRC verdict no. RP 2466/07 (SBI V/s Dr. Usha Vaid & Anr). SC website says, it was "disposed" on 19/09/08; does that mean SC did not entertain it? I will highly appreciate if someone can let me know the outcome or how can I access the verdict (please refer attachment).

disposed means after hearing by sc SLP has been decided.

Thanks, Sir...I am sorry I am asking on too much technicality...So, for accessing the SC decision on this SLP, am I supposed to search under "judgements" category (dated 19/09/08) at SC website; or SLP verdicts normally appear under different head?
