You have to get a decree of your title for which you have to file a suit for declaration of title.

First of all apply for patta for your property on your name on the basis of the registered document (sale or whatever nomenclature of the document may be)before the concerned Tahsildar in writing enclosing the copy of the documents and observing other formalities in this regard, let the Tahsildar give his decision refusing to issue Patta due to the objections raised by the present occupant in the property, take that reply and file a declaration suit to declare your title and possession of property along with an application for a mandatory injunction against the defendant to not to interfere in your possession and enjoyment of the property. If he has illegally occupied or encroached the property, you may even move an application before the Special police Cell dealing with land grabbing cases. Consult a local lawyer and proceed accordingly.
