Cdr details from msp

Dear Experts,
I have filed case in family court on grounds of adultery, cruelty and desertion. To prove circumstance evidence i need CDR from MSP's for last 5 years and under which section i can ask court to direct MSP's to provide CDR's

You may file a petition before the concerned court under the provisions of CPC as suggested by expert Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad requesting the court to direct the concerned department to produce the requisite documents during trial of the case to substantiate your evidence and pleadings.
