Hi Sir,
We have an agricultural land in mangadevadi, pune. I heard that the village is coming under pune corporation. We want to do construction on this land. the land is 150-200 mtr away from grampanchayat office and school. when i went to town planning department to ask about NA process they said that they dont have any information about town planning of mangadevadi. they suggested to wait for some months till the PMC acquires mangadevadi, The GR is under the sanction process. I want to know that what can I do to do the legal construction on my land. i heard that if i will do NA, then I can do 75% construction on my land. Can anybody suggest me please.

yes, do contact local professional..municipal building rules differs from cities to cities.

Do u know when GR would be sactioned for including villages in pune?
