Please share what all are the things we need to take care before starting any business. I always wanted to start my own business but due to lack of knowledge i could not start it.

It depends upon nature of business i.e. sector of business and in which form want to start i.e. proprietorship,partnership, pvt. ltd. co. or public co.

You have to decide whether you want to start a sole proprietorship or as partnership firm or as company .

further if it is a firm get it registered with registrar of Firms . if it is company follow the procedure for formation of company and registration with ROC
