child custody case withdraw

Dear expert,
child custody case was filed by me ,court order for,visitation right to me .during visitation I notice that my son is very much fond of her mother , seeing that I decide not to try separate them ,but I will meet my son weekly as per court order , my question is 1) is it possible to withdraw the case but visitation right order till,effective ? 2) later can I pray for modification of that order (if required ) ?

1. If the case sis withdrawn , all the orders passed therein shall go.
2.Once it is withdrawn you have to file fresh suit. No modification of withdrawal order which is a decree is not allowed.

1. If you will withdraw your case then you will loose all the relief which you are availing . 2. No , for withdrawl cases no modification on orders can be entertain.
