Registration of typing institute

Dear Sir/madam,
I am running a typing institute in Delhi. I want to know how can i register my institute so that i can provide certificate for students who complete his course.
Kindly suggest me Process of registration.

you have to register it under shop and eastablishment act of your state .
the Maharashtra government has directed all typewriting institutes, over 10,000 across the state, to adopt computer typing — 'Devnagari-configured keyboards attached to computers' — for education and training in typewriting and phase out the old typewriters by November 2015.
The state has also changed the curriculum of these typing institutes in such a way that they will have to become as good as basic computer training institutes or else will have to pull down their shutters permanently.

All the typing institutes have closed down for want of students because no office uses typewriters any longer. Do you know that the last typewriter manufacturing company, Godrej, also stopped making typewriters? If you have the money and place, start a computer education centre

You can not give any certificate till permitted by some recognized institution / university.
Better open computer training center providing literacy in various field of computer.

Registration under Shops & Establishment Act;
Franchise from reputed Software Company to impart their course;
Good faculty in those courses that are taken under Franchise.
