Sir,
We own an independent house in Kavadiguda, Hyderabad and the same has been registered in the name of my mother-in-law (Deceased). However there is a Will that states that my mother-in-law is transferring the property to her only daughter. However, there are 5 brothers as well who have a legal right to the property. My sister in law wants to dispose the property as it is legally hers. Two of the five brothers have no problem with this. The remaining three have an objection though they have not invested a single penny in the property. In this case, how do we carry forward with the registration and the subsequent sale of the property?
Please guide us on the procedure in detail and all available options.
Thanks in advance!

The property is already vested with the daughter by the will. The brothers are not in a position to claim any right so long as the will is undisputed.

yes. Reaffirm the daughter's legal rights, over the property through probate of will.once probated, the will will allow her to transfer the property, in her name when she will be the absolute owner of the property.till such time, property feuds are common among siblings .

Apply to the court for grant of probate of the Will impleading all the brothers as respondents, once probate granted, she becomes the absolute owner of the property and the same can be disposed as per her sweet will.
