Sir/Ma'am
Whether National consumer commission is having jurisdiction to entertain an appeal in a matter which has already been dismissed by commission in revision petition filed before it against the order of state commission.

If Revision was wrongly filed and the NC gave liberty to prefer appeal then it cna be filed.
Give facts.

Agree, in the given facts if national commission has permitted to prefer appeal for wrongly filed revision, same can be filed.
