m from karnataka,I have land of revenue, which was granted to my grandpa on 1949 under ptcl.how can i sell it?which is now in my name in pahani,

You can only if all other co-sharers give consent to it by relinquishing their respective shares.

There is no problem to sale your land if you are exclusively recorded as owner to that land.
