Indemnity & affidavit

can any body mail me the format of indemnity bond and affidavit. first holder of the bank account has expired so stating that transfer the money to the nominee or the joint holder. he also has an huf account with the same bank so nominee will receive the money for that account.

The indemnity and affidavit language is as per requirement of particular Bank. Please contact the concerned Bank for draft language.

If the account is joint (E or S, F or S, Both or Survivor, etc.) and one account holder expires, Bank would delete his name and the surviving account holder can withdraw the deposit with the Bank.

For HUF if Karta expires, nominee can get the payment.
