Hi

I want to file for divorce that's why i need to cancel sec9A As my advocate suggested me Just want to know is there any extra cost for cancellation ? Please help me !!

Since you have already filed RCR applying for divorce would be a great difficulty. More so because you have condoned all her past acts and you can have cause of action only after the date of filing divorce suit.

Dear Querist
as you filed the RCR, you have right to withdraw it, there is no extra cost for withdrawing except the application charge of advocate and minimum court fee of Rs. 2-10 as per your state rules.

Now the only option is to wait for opportunate moment when she levels any allegations which can be termed as cruelty, at that stage withdraw the RCR and file for divorce.
