False 498a v/s cbi inquiry

dear Sir,
my wife filed false 498a and dowery cases. and my wife mama is police inspector due to him in my case police did not added our witness statement and evidence from my side police just did inquiry every thing from my wife side in police chargsheet. currently trial is Running in metropolitian court.

can i apeel for cbi or special inquiry in my case. i have 100% evidence that police chargsheet and my wife FIR is totaly false.

if yes then which court (high court or seassion court i will apeel)
please guide me any other option also

u cannot file appeal in cbi.

file quash petition in hc.

If you are so much confident of evidence in your possession will be against your wife's case, contest the case confidently on merits, instruct your lawyer on each and every valid points and to defend you from all her allegations. As advised by Mr.Shroff, the chances for quashing the 498a is very less, you may fight it out and get acquitted.
