100 no call record

I applied an Rti for generating call record of a 100 no call made in 2007and for diary entry no records however the ans came is that records have been destroyed.

Few say that 100 no call record is never deleted.

Can someone confirm and advice?

May ask through another RTI to supply the instructions regarding the time for which record is maintained of the calls and how, when and under whose authority the record was destroyed ?

there is a time limit for keeping the records.

I think the destruction of all records beyond 5 years time will be taken up and when it becomes due, check it up.
