Tomorrow I ask a Query Regrading Eviction of Tenants and received a answer from Sri Prabhakar Singh Ji.
The House is situated in Howrah,West Bengal. I Have already mutated in Local Municipality I also serve the notice to Local Police station regarding Dilapidated House
I received a Answer from baala subrahmanyam so I inform him that the tenants not in that condition to purchase the house. So I purchase the same.
Kindly Give me suggestion that How long time to get the eviction and the what is legal action taken from Tenants.
