Name correction in ssc memo

Hello experts this is charan.. my friend have a problem with his ssc certificate.His original sur name is bollaram.Kiran kumar.
Instead of that Gadila.Kiran kumar was printed on his SSC certificate. Due to that he is not able to study higher studies.So many times we asked my headmaster in my school (ZPHS m.Turkapally) but he is not helping us. Even 2days back we went to the Board Of SSC. but there also we did not got any kind of valuable information.
please provide a suggestion.

What was the surname was entered in your form of SSC. If it is the mistake of Board, it should be corrected thereat and Board should not objecting in rectification of its error. If concerned person is not cooperating meet senior person.

If the mistake was from your side while submitting the form for SSC, get a sworn affidavit, news paper advt. and gazette notification.
