Can I file a PIL directly to the Chief Justice of India online?
if yes , then how ? plz help me..

PIL can be filed even through online as the Hon'ble Justice Y.V.Chandra Chud set a precedent by accepting letters sent through post involving matters of Public importance/concern as PILs.Let case number be allotted to your petition by the court.

Even if you file online it is advisable to do so after consultation from some senior lawyer of Supreme Court.

if from high court to supreme court then slp!
