Tenant eviction

Dear Sirs,

My owner has filed an ejectment case as he require it for starting business. I m a tenant in above said shop for last 13-14 yrs.

Is he liable to get possession of shop on ground of personal bonafide necessity.........

Yes,it depends on evidence.If lanlord get succeed to prove his necessity then court will pass order of eviction.

Dear Sir, Plz clarify even if the landlord has 1 more shop vacant which was later converted for residential purpose.....
