Addition of adultery ground

Learned Experts,
In my divorce case, Evidence is already halfway done on ground of Mental cruelty. Now
my new learned counsel is sure that case is good enough also on ground of Adultery. So kindly confirm if Adultery as a ground can be
added at this stage, specially when we don't require to add any new information in our petition or prove anything new.

You can resort to any ground you like related to your case provided the plaint is not required to be amended at this later stage.
