Gud morning , Can anyone help me what should i do if a old lady logged fake FIR of threating her husband over phone and misusing her picture on Facebook , can i file a complaint this False FIR ?? please advice me .....

if FIR is lodged cops will record your statement , carry out investigations . deny the allegations made in FIR .

Thaks for your valuable advice sir, i want to tell you the whole matter , last week i got a call from cyber crime cell, they told me that one old lady has logged a complaint against me that i have misused her photos on facebook,i have asked her name but they deny to tell who she is and told me to come to cyber crime cell within half an hr,i did not go there and the next day again i got a call from cyber cell but i could not receive that call as i was already on call, then i dialed that number and asked them to tell me the complainant, they told me her name then i told them to follow legal proceedings as i did not done anything wronge,after that my friend suggested me to go there and talk to them so i made my mind to go to cyber crime cell,before going there i called that lady's husband and asked him to come to cyber crime cell,i told him that i want you to be there as i thought he is not aware about that complaint, but he told me that he knew about this complaint and he told me that i have to pay for what i am doing and he disconnected the phone, by god grace my phone have auto recording option and my all called are recorded in my cell.
Next morning in the news paper there was a shocking news of FIR logged against me for threating her husband on phone , after reading this news i went to my lawyer friend and he managed to get my bail, and the megistrate ordered me to come after 3months for hearing ,now nobody has contacted me for anything, i have that recording in which there is not any single wronge word said by me to her husband, please advice me sir what should i do ?? can i also file a compalint agiains them ?is it right that police have logged FIR under section 507 against me as i called him from my own mobile number not from any anonymous communication, please help me sir

Whether Police has filed its report u/s 173 Cr.P.C. in the court or not. If filed, then what is that. Give reply to aforesaid questions for proper solution of your problem.

Dear sir first off all thanks you all, kindly advice me also as this case is filed under section 507 of IPC,if i am calling from my own mobile no. and i am telling him my name also then is it right that case can be logged under section 507, bcoz 507 of ipc is valid only if i wud have called him from anonymous commmunication, even i have the recordings also for that conversation as my all call are auto recorded,kindly suggest me also whether i can go for quashing this FIR ?can i logged a FIR against that person who have filed this false FIR against me ? kindly give your precious advice sir
