Sale of flat under bsup scheme

Sir,

My client being a slum resident having ownership of house in slum (Property Tax bill comes in his name)

under the scheme of BSUP launched by KDMC with JNNURM a flat admesauring 280 sq.ft was allotted to my client.

My client wishes to sell this flat. can he sell this flat?

Is their any caption limit on restriction o sale or transfer of flat?

there must be provision that for perod of 10 years you cant dispose the flat . check the conditions of allotment

Retaining period shall have to be maintained otherwise the sale shall be illegal.

The allotment letter must be containing the terms. Any act contrary to these terms would be illegal. Refer the respective allotment letter.

Sir no such clause mentioned regarding the restriction of sale/transfer.

can we make an Agreement now to sell this flat at future date (after 10 years) at agreed future price and will this future agreement will get registered?
