The allotment letter must be containing the terms. Any act contrary to these terms would be illegal. Refer the respective allotment letter.

Sir Sir no such clause mentioned regarding the restriction of sale/transfer.
can we make an Agreement now to sell this flat at future date (after 10 years) at agreed future price and will this future agreement will get registered?
