aap ko apne hisse par stamp duty deni hogi + advocate ki fees. Kitna wakt lagege ye yaha par koi nahi bata sakta. court cases take time and also depends upon how fast your advocate persues it.

Kyunki property aapko apne pita ji se mili hai isliye batwara krate huwe aapko stamp duty nhi lgani hogi.
Main is mamle main uprokat manniye adhivaktaon se sehmat nhi hun kyunki kafi sare isi parkar ke mamlo main nyayalyo ne ye vyavstha di hai.
Vkeel saab ka kharcha aur mamuli sa kanuni kharcha jrur uthana hoga aur samye ke bare main to judge saab hi nhi keh sakte, hum kaise jyotish jan sakte hain.

Let us first remember that stamp duty i.e court fees differs from state to state. Every state has its own court fees act. In some states a partition suit may attract stamp duty while in other states it may not. In case if the partition suit is to be filed in MAHARASHTRA then, stamp duty is payable even in case of ancestral property. Here the querist has not stated to which state he belongs. Isliye har advocate apne apne state ke laws ke anusar jawab de raha hai, whatever u say may be true in respect of your state but not in respect of other states. So agreeing or disagreeing with each other in the matter of stamp duty is meaningless Makkadji.
