Dear Sir,
I am the Best Driver and they i have suspended me with a silly reason like my driving is not proper and i am talking on phone or take photo. there was a departmental inquiry but they through me out of the job now what i have to do. under which law i will get the relief. I will be very helpful. thanking you. awaiting for the reply.

you cant talk on your mobile phone while driving . similarly if you r driving is poor the organisation is justified in removing you . your BEST union can help you if you have been removed without sufficient cause

I suggest you legal way to challenge the order before High court if you are awarded best driver award.

If you are employed in Govt concern (I hope it is BEST) you are entitled to the help of another Govt servant of your choice to argue your case in the inquiry.
