My father has got a share of land from his mother's property as willed. As per the family settlement my father has received a share of 1405 sq. feet (approx) in Gopal Nagar, Near krishna Nagar Police Station, Lucknow-226023. The family settlement is not registered but notarized. Also has constructed area of approx 360 sq feet in run-down state. Now for the reconstruction of the same i want bank loan, please suggest me how to proceed for the same. My Father is 67yrs of age. Land bought in 1959 family settlement 2000

it is necessary that family settlement be stamped and regd without which bank wont give loan

It is in your interest for immediately get the family settlement duly registered and thereafter do obtain GPA of your father for the purpose of loan or mortgage it with his help and obtain loan as desired.

sir if the family settlement get registered, then further registration of the land share is required or not?

if allocation of every one's share is specifically stated in registered settlement then no further deed or registration is required.
