sir.my question is,my father got his share 7000sq land through court.when i approched to concerned revenue department they informed me,they found in revenue record, the said land is sarkari,now i want know whether i can filed writpettion or other remedy.cause the said court clarified the sarkari mean specifically before allotting to my father.stating that sarkari mean private thasil of concern jagirdar. because we used to treat our lands in revenue records as a sarkari land, this land were in our jurisdiction, Please advise sir,i will be gratefull to u,ahmed.

No need to file writ petition rather file execution petition before the same court which passed the decree of that land in your favour.
