Payment of maintenance charges

Dear Sir,

My builder is charging Maintenance Charges without furnishing justification despite of asking huge amounts; which is higher as per our local area malls.

Moreover, he is also charging maintenance charges immediately upon booking. Understood that without registration no Maintenance Charges are payble - Please guide.

File consumer complaint in the consumer court to redress your grievances. Approach a lawyer for this purpose and first send notice through the lawyer.

Builder cannot do so hence a consumer complaint lies in this matter.
