Tenancy agriculture land at goa

(Querist) 13 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I have an agriculture land at Goa as Occupant and Mr. XYZ as a tenant as per form no I and XIV
The land is uncultivated since 1985 as per form no I and XIV.
The tenant has expired, but has heirs.
I want to delete the tenant name from the above said property.
Is it possible and at what cost.
