Accident by bike

sir ,

my brothor is 15 year old and he was slipped while riding bike on road and met with an accident and got fracture and no any other person have injured . when i went him to hospital .then hospital sent an information to police station and framed a medical legal case that the person riding a byke is minor.what is the rule and law and challane. would minor or bike holder have to appear in court. now the bike is at home and have all valid paper

You brother and the person in whose name the bike is registered are guilty.

As there is no other person injured and even the complaint is not from other person so better to enquire the matter from police otherwise driving of minor without having proper license is an offence. Better to avoid litigation.

Mr Makkar is right you have to avoid litigation as you are at vulnerable point.

discuss with the police and settle the matter by avoiding to go to court as your brother is minor
