MY QUESTION IS AN ADVOCATE DOING TAX CONSULTING ALONG WITH ADVOCATE PROFESSION. IF ANY RESTRICTION IS PROVIDED IN THE ADVOCATES ACT.

yes.tax consultancy can be certainly practiced by an advocate,if he is confident of tax laws.
