Consumer court is not working

Our society filed a case against the Builder builder didnot came for any of the hearing. case is registered but now court is not functioning. Like this there are lot of consumer courts are not working in maharashtra. Is there any way to approach and ask for functioning of court. so that we will get the decision in our case early (The hearing from our side is completed and the builder was not approached to the court till last date so case sent for registration and in between the judge is retired and no other judge is appointed in this court. since then we are getting only dates after every 15-20 days)

File a Petition in State Consumer Commission,if there is no response then file a Revision petition or Writ Petition in High Court.

What do you mean by not working?
When the case is filed wait for it. Since nobosy appears the case would be fixed for ex parte hearing.
