Help regarding money

Recently 498-A of my brother disposed we have won the case and judgement came in our favour....ealier to this the HC Judge granted maintenance once they filed 498-A, now the case of 498-A is disposed can we stop the maintenance to her....what is the process to stop the maintenance after winning of 498.

Pls help.

498 a relates to dowry complaint . your 498 a case has no relation to wife claim for maintenance . you have to pay her maintenance

The case for maintenance has nothing to do with the 498A case.
You have to deal with it in its own merit.

if you have won the case you should file an application before the court under section 127 of Cr.PC and prove it that the circumstances has been changes
