Regarding claiming for regular job

hello sir my self mike and i am working as a junior engineer in zilla parishad engineering wing Andaman (under central ) on a contractual basis of 11 months after completion of the tenure further extension has been given from date of expiry in this regard can i claim for regular job after the completion of the extension.

Until any scheme is framed in this regard by Central Govt; you legally cannot demand for the regularisation of your service as a matter of right.

Agreeing with Mr Makkar I would add that Supreme Court judgement in case of Uma Dev v/s State of Karnataka is a hurdle in your case.

As Contract, it can only be renewed.
You cannot claim regular job.
