Contractual bond

sir,
i was sent to US in my probationary period with condition of minimum three months i have work for the company after return from US, or three month notice period ,,now i have to resign from the service immediately after return from US , can company can sue against me for breach of bond conditions ?

it's depend on your agreement's terms and conditions, if there is any terms and condition, the company can be sue.

company has sent you to USA for training . company must have spent lot of money on your training . if under contact you are required to serve the company for 3 months after coming back from USA you are bound to do so . if you fail to serve notice period company can sue you
