sir, I want to know ,
society has paste notice on notice board for not to play football and cricket in society compound , becz some member heart while playing football and cricket.
Now one of society member raise objection that how society can paste notice for stop of playing games without taking meeting with society members.
My question is that Is it society can issue notice without discuss with society members, and under what section.

managing committee resolution is necessary . the issue should be on agenda and decision taken by Managing Commmittee

Managing Commmittee resolution passed and approved by maganing committee,
but one of society member taking objection why society has not issued notice to all society member for above said matter, and why society has not discuss with common members also.

not necessartyy to discuss with all members . MC is duly elected by members . if it has received written complaint from members it is bound to take action .

member send written complaint to managing committee and also paste his complaint letter in both wing notice board and also paste in-front of society gate. without informing to MC.
Can Maganing Committee take legal action against him.

what for ? why aggravate the issue ? society cannot work unless members cooperate . one suggestion . the member who has done this act be coopted into managing committee

society is ready to co-operate all members but he create always problem and always against the society. and his son heart one old lady while plying football, that's why society issue notice to not to play football and cricket in society compound.
Now he asking question to MC how MC can issue notice for not to play football and cricket without discussing all members of society.
Now what I Do.

Society compound is not a play ground for playing cricket or any other game to cause public nuisance.
MC can enforce such regulations without the involvement of AGM.
Day-to-day administration is the exclusive domain of the MC.
Defying such society members are advised to learn basic etiquette of community living.

MC can take emergency decisions. If a lady is iunjured, MC action is justified, even suo moto.
To safeguard, it can subjected to approval of Special Gen Body meeting, that can be held with 5 days notice, and resolution passed with majority. No need to wait till AGM.
Can also penalise member, liable for lady's injury.
