SIR,IS IT OBJECTIONEBLE IF I M A CONSUMER OF BHART GAS/INDEN GAS OR HP AT A TIME?IF YES PL SEND DETAILS.PL ALSO INFORM ME THAT IN MAHARASHTRA WHEN I M A CONSUMER OF BHARAT GAS,MY MOTHER ALSO A CONSUMER OF BHARAT GAS,MY WIFE IS ALSO A COSUMER OF BHARAT GAS ON SAME ADDRESS N SAME RETION CARD.IT IS PERMISSIBLE ? IF NO PL SEND DETAILS OF LAW

you can have one gas connection for family members staying in one flat

According to LPG control Order by govt. of India department of Civil, Food Supplies one household can get only one LPG Connection. Having more than one LPG connection is not permissible

SIR,THANXS FOR QUICK REPLY.SIR IS A MORE THAN ONE CONNECTION IS OFFENCE?IF THE GAS AGENCY IS NOT GIVING CYLENDER WITH IN TIME FREM OR NOT GIVING PROPAR SERVICES THAN WHAT IS REMIDY BY LAW?IS ANY DIRECTION ABOUT GAS DISTRIBUTION UNDER ESENTIAL COMMODITY ACT 1955?

Complain to distributor.
carry on with your 3 connection, till they order disconnection. Then explain why it is necessary for u to have 3 connections with 6 gas cylinders.
