Sir, my mother has given me the POA of the house property as she was the owner of the property. my brother and father are also living in the same house but they dont have any property rights. How can i use the POA to vacate them from the house?

yes because they are behaving very badly and using our property and genarating rent out of it?

First identify who is the legal owner and from them get the sale deed in your favour and then only you can vacate them

This is unethical. Please don't discuss this type of problem in legal forum, resolve your problem in house that will be fair for all.
