(Querist) 11 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Mr. Ramsay sues Mustafa online Ltd(MOL) for allowing a subscriber Raj to use its chatroom for making video tapes and photographs of child Pornography in which ramsay's minor son appears. Complaint alleged that MOL was negligent per se in allowing Raj to use its facilities for producing obsence material , therefore, is liable under Criminal Law and under the IT Act,2000. MOL contends that it has no knowledge of such transmission of unlawful information. Decide.
