DV Act section itself speaks: sec 23 s for provision to pass interim and ex-parte order, whereas sec 31 provides for punishment , in case of breach of protection order, or a interim Prot Order.

Apart from this section one can execute maintenance order passed in DV case under section 125(3) of crpc as well.
