Photostat property documents in sale

Dear Sir,
Just wanted to know if it is okay to give a potential buyer a photostat copy of property documents to check with bank to see if it is okay for loan. Can I give photostat copies with it crossed out in blue and have it say cancelled? I had given a set to the potential buyer, so he can verify with his bank without him signing any agreement. Should I be concerned? Should I report this incident?

Why not concerns arose in your mind before giving him.Any way not a big problem.However you should have taken a receipt from him to the reason.Now keep mum is my view.

Is this okay for a receipt or do I need to list the documents he took?
Mr. Name of buyer son of Shri Name, acknowledges that a full set of 25 copies of the original documents as it pertains to Address of property were given to him by Seller Name on date, so he may check to verify if he can get a loan approval through Name of bank. Furthermore, Mr. Buyer name acknowledges the sensitivity of each document and shall not misuse these documents in any shape or form.

Make a list of all documents by name serially and get a receipt done by him with promise to return.

Is this okay???
Buyer name son of Name, acknowledges that a full set of photo stat documents as it pertains to Seller address, listed below were given to him by Seller name wife of Name on date. Furthermore, Buyer name acknowledges the sensitivity of each document and is for his eyes only. Buyer name shall not misuse these documents in any shape or form. Furthermore he promises to return the below documents to Seller name.

Even there is no need to obtain receipt. All photostates may be got crossed by way of pen. There is no possibility of misuse of those documents.
