No ,only Government& semi government, authorities only come under the preview of RTI Act. If you want to information about the internal things of the Private company /firms RTI is not Applicable. Similarly you can ask MOU, AOA, etc under RTI from the Register of Companies.

Querist wish to know that Firm/Company are citizen to ask information under the RTI Act.
