Knowledge about n/a land

Dear Sir,
I want to buy a warehouse being under construction at village Kurund NH3,Bhiwandi.Going through documents,1]builder has plan passed by gram panchayat,2]All 7/12 showing the land is in the name of builder's company name but still it is not N/A.while builder has started construction on huge basis saying that this land is deemed N/A OR DUN N/A.now what is this dun N/A or Deemed N/A?Also builder says that we are having more than 100acres of Dear Sir,

In the light of given facts, one can conclude that builder has only permission to purchase land but its nature has not been changed by State of Maharasthra as on date so first ensure its N/A by state and then move ahead.

no dont buy this property . unless land is converted to non agricultutal use do not purchase it . since builder has started construction without change in user tomorrow govt can stay construction .
