Mrs.\"y\" is a wife of Mr.\"X\"
Mr.\"X\" WAS EXPIRED BEFORE 9 YEAR
Now Mrs.\"Y\" want to get the marriage certificate.
Marriage was done according to MUSLIM custom and religion.
What is legal way to get the Marriage Certificate today,
Marriage Certificate is required for VISA purpose what is the legal procedure in AHMEDABAD,GUJARAT STATE,INDIA? WHAT IS THE REQUIRE DOCUMENT FOR THE PROOF OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.HUSBAND IS NOT ALIVE TODAY.

Any nikahnama before any muoli might have been there when the said marriage has taken place. use the same and apply under the same pretext

It is not necessary to get the marriage certificate, if it is available then no problem but if it is not then voter ID is sufficient and Birth certificates of chidlren
are also sufficient.

If the molvi who performed NIKAH is alive consult him,he may be helpful in your matter.
But why after death of the husband such a need of marriage certificate has arisen is a question eating my mind??? Is she going abroad for settlement???
